SDLG to Launch Wheel Loader, Motor Grader
SDLG will unveil its new wheel loader range L933L at Bauma Conexpo India 2016 and also showcase the best-selling LG958L. In India, SDLG currently offers two wheel loaders: the 3-tonne rated LG936L and the 5-tonne rated LG958L, both of which are popular in applications such as general construction, dockside work and mining. ?We?re seeing rising demand for wheel loaders in India, particularly in the 3-ton class,? said Sanu George, Business Head, SDLG India. ?The new L933L for India is ideal for handling ready mix concrete, or applications such as road building and quarrying. It is a simpler and more cost-effective wheel loader than other options we offer in India, but it maintains the reliable performance and robust design that has built our reputation. We?re expecting lots of interest in this new machine at bC India 2016.?
Equipped with a Weichai Deutz WP6G125E331 turbocharged engine, the 3 tonne-rated L933L satisfies the regional requirements for emissions in India, while offering users reliable performance and excellent durability. With a power output of 92 kW at 2,300 rpm, the L933L can handle material handling tasks with ease while its maximum gradeability is 30 degrees.
Overall working weight for the unit is 10,200-10,250 kg and the machine can deliver up to 96 kN of breakout and traction force. Its steep 45-degree dump angle and high 45-degree bucket rollback allows for more efficient load carrying and quicker cycle times. Bucket options for the loader vary from 1.4-3 cu m, and the design includes a thickened anti-friction plate which minimises cutting resistance.
The load-sensing fully-hydraulic system reduces power consumption and improves working efficiency through the use of a single-pump design. The enlarged radiator also optimises the use of inlet and outlet air channels to lower the temperature of water and oil in the hydraulic system, making the machine highly energy efficient and reliable.
G9138 grader
This year?s Bauma Conexpo India will also mark the official launch in the country of the G9138 motor grader from SDLG. The new unit will help India meet fast-rising demand for road building equipment, giving contractors a lighter and more economical option to help them beat project deadlines.
Against the backdrop of rapid infrastructure development and increased government drive for road building, motor graders have become one of the fastest selling equipment categories in India as contractors look to speed up project schedules. While SDLG?s established and larger G9190 has enjoyed notable success in Asia, rural development projects have prompted the need for smaller and lighter motor graders for narrower road constructions. This is where SDLG?s new G9138 will really appeal.
Adding to the motor grader?s operability is its swing frame, which delivers greater flexibility in a variety of work scenarios. The articulating swing frame?s movements allow the blade to generate more power and carry a heavy windrow. It also allows the unit to make turns at more acute angles for close-quarter work or smaller roads.
