SKF India Appoints Madhu Jalan as GCC Director
SKF India (Industrial) has appointed Madhu Dhandhania Jalan as Director – Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Finance Operations Centre (FOC) for India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East (ISEAM).
In her new role, Jalan will lead the development and expansion of SKF’s GCC organisation, with a focus on strengthening regional capabilities, driving finance operations, enhancing governance and accelerating transformation initiatives. She will also help build a robust global delivery framework to support the company’s growth plans.
Commenting on her appointment, Madhu Jalan said she sees significant opportunities to build future-ready capabilities, strengthen operational excellence and create a scalable platform that delivers long-term value.
Jalan brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, audit, consulting, banking, telecommunications, logistics and e-commerce. Before joining SKF India, she held leadership roles at Amazon, Maersk Global Service Centres, Tata Teleservices, Tata Communications, Avaya, ICICI Bank and Bharti Airtel.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she also holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Her appointment is expected to support SKF’s efforts to enhance agility, standardisation and scalable capability creation across the ISEAM region.
