Sany India firms up its position
Sany excavator 4S facility dealership showroom is now open in Gadag, Karnataka.

Sany Heavy Industry India, one of the largest construction equipment manufacturers in India, held an inauguration ceremony of an exclusive dealership showroom at Gadag, Karnataka on 12 April 2012. Richard Deng, Managing Director of Sany India, inaugurated the facility, along with CEO of SKS Hydraulics (dealer) Kumar Palangapp. This has been the first of its kind move by Sany?s excavator division in India and was done to show the commitment by Sany towards sales, service, spares and support to all its customers and associates in the state of Karnataka and neighbouring states.

This new generation hydraulic high quality and modern technology excavators come in four models, SY 75, SY 135, SY 215, SY 235, and all these models are backed by latest technology along with air-conditioned cabin, fuel saving, auto idling facility, etc., all of which are unique features. The customers were given proof that there is a lot of value addition with Sany excavators.

Around 300 regional customers visited the opening ceremony to see the Sany dealer?s facility and available machines; the turnout was nearly 2,500-3,000 visitors at the venue.

Sany Group is a renowned concern in China and ranks 18th among the top 50 construction equipment manufacturers around the world; it is also one of the biggest concrete machinery manufacturers in the world. On 1 July 2011, the UK-based Financial Times released its 2011 Global 500 table, in which Sany Heavy Industry is ranked 431st in terms of its market capitalisation.

Sany India was established in December 2002. In India, Sany has a corporate hub with the biggest Sany Overseas manufacturing plant at MIDC Chakan, Pune. Sany products in India range from trailer-mounted concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps, concrete batching plants, transit mixers, excavators and crawler cranes, motor graders, crawler cranes, mobile cranes, drilling rigs, port machines, asphalt pavers, etc. In 2011, Sany?s trailer pump set a new pumping record in India with a single pump delivering concrete vertically to a 290 m height at the prestigious project in Mumbai.
