Scag Adds AWL Mini Wheel Loader
Scag is expanding its compact construction equipment range with the AWL mini articulating wheel loader, expected to launch in early 2027.
The loader is designed for contractors, landscapers and arborists working in confined spaces with minimal ground disturbance. It is powered by a 25 hp Rehlko diesel engine and offers a 2,700 lb rated lift capacity and 3,200 lb rated tip capacity.
The engine is paired with a hydrostatic drive system, supported by one 28 cm piston pump and four independent 398 cc drive motors. It also features electronic differential lock four-wheel drive for improved traction.
The AWL includes a standard canopy, electro-hydraulic controls, heated suspension seat, foot-controlled pedals and touchscreen display. It accepts Scag attachments including augers, grapples, brooms, buckets and forks, with a 9.5 ft dump height.
