Shot blasting machine

The stones are loaded on rubber belt conveyor system. These stones are transferred into work chamber. The work chamber houses one horizontally mounted blast wheel station in line with rubber conveyor which fire abrasive on stones. The stone duly shot blast cleaned while they are passing through blast stream zone. The stone come out from the outlet portion of the machine and removed manually. The conveyor speed is variable. The machine is provided with inlet and outlet vestibules. Sufficient number of rubber curtains are provided to trap escaping shots. The entire machine is ventilated by powerful fabric bag type dust collector. The machine can be integrated with suitable loading and unloading system for stone slabs. The machine is capable of given hundred variety of finish. For removing moisture from slabs heater can also be incorporated.

Grout pump

The pressure grout pump is used for injecting cement slurry into holes for consolidation of underground and civil structure. The machine works on positive displacement principle. The grout slurry is poured from mixture to hopper of the machine, which pump the same into delivery pipe. The delivery pipe carries slurry to grout nozzle, from where it is injected into structure.

Different machines are available for various output and pressure requirement. The diaphragm type pressure gauge is provided to measure grout pressure under which slurry is injected. The twin grout mix preparation tank can also be supplied along with machine.
