Spartan Engineering Industries organised a customer meet in Mumbai under its Sparsh initiative, to bring its new range of machines in front of the customers.

Spartan, a leading construction equipment manufacturer in India, has been a trendsetter in introducing bar bending and bar cutting machines to India, to mechanise the bending and cutting steel bars as against age old unsafe and faulty process of manual operation.

Spartan has also been a pioneer in bringing in multi-functionality in passenger and material hoists, thereby replacing tower cranes in carrying rebars at construction sites, thus saving on huge capital investment.

Spartan believes in total customer satisfaction, and has constantly taken feedback from customers for developing new machinery, new functions and new safety features in machines, thereby giving them value for money. It has utilised the tough phase in construction and infrastructure industry to innovate and introduce new designs in construction equipment. Spartan?s strong research and design team has studied almost all globally leading construction equipment by participating in various expos, visiting various manufacturing facilities etc.

Product launch
All the above has led Spartan to launch its advanced and re-engineered construction equipment. The company has launched its latest and advanced Gladiator series of bar bending and bar cutting machines and the Aviator series of man and material hoists. Spartan has also introduced its rope suspended platforms, Sky Climber series and tower cranes of Hercules series. These are the most advanced machinery with unique and path-breaking safety features and operations. These machines come with envious aesthetics and are unique in all senses.

The customer meet
To bring these machines in front of the customers, Spartan organised a customer meet in Mumbai under its Sparsh Initiative. This customer meet was held at the Spartan head office premises in Mumbai on September 3-5, 2015. The response was so tremendous, that the company had to repeat the event on September 11 and 12. The new series of bar bending and cutting machines, rope suspended platforms and hoists were at display. The meet was attended by around 500 people and 200 companies across Mumbai and suburbs. People from operators to top-level managers visited the customer meet. Spartan?s entire team from sales, marketing, design, production, customer care, customer delight and the management too were present during the meet to attend the customers.

The success of Sparsh Customer Meet in Mumbai has inspired Spartan to conduct similar events at its other regional offices in India. Spartan will be conducting similar events in Ahmedabad , Jaipur, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata this year.
