Volvo Construction Equipment recently announced that its Stage IV diesel engines portfolio would meet the stringent EU emissions legislation, which came into force on 1 January 2014. The engines are available on the D4, D6, D8, D11, D13 and D16 non-road models. The majority of Volvo CE?s Stage IV engines feature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology to reduce NOx emissions.
