Over 350 Apollo Carmix machines are successfully working in all over India.

Carmix is an all-Italian company and has always been oriented towards export. Real genuine portable plants for producing concrete, the small mobile concrete batching plants are sold in more than 160 countries around the world and are used on five continents. For the Indian market, as of 2014, the company created a joint venture with Apollo Concrete Solutions, creating the brand Apollo Carmix Equipments Ltd, which takes care of production and sales of two Carmix models all over India: Apollo Carmix 25 FX e Apollo Carmix 4TT. Moreover, in the second half of the year, the company will start delivering a brand-new model, Apollo Carmix 45FX, especially designed for Indian market, which had a great success during its launch at Excon in Bengaluru last December.

Apollo Carmix 4TT reflects the top features that has made Carmix a bestseller worldwide for 40 years and it is highly appreciated in India as well. This model is ideal for the toughest job sites because it is compact, versatile and easily manoeuvrable, offering technologies and tools that produce the perfect mix design. Apollo Carmix 4TT is fitted with a drum with 270° rotation. It also has a four-wheel drive and steering system to tackle 30 per cent gradients when fully loaded. All these features make it the ideal machine for working at job sites that are particularly difficult to reach or where there is limited space for manoeuvring.

Industrial design and technologies to increase productivity
All the construction details of the Apollo Carmix 4TT have been designed to facilitate the work of its operators and optimise productivity at job sites. For example, the front cab ensures wide visibility during the concrete production stages, whereas the hydraulic loading shovel, designed to ensure the accurate loading of cement and aggregates, can be manoeuvred using the Joymix system. Moreover, the electronic weighing system allows the operator to control all the data regarding the concrete to obtain the perfect mix design. Finally, the engine, installed at the rear, facilitates maintenance operations and machine balance as well as better visibility and comfort for the operator.

Since its establishment, Apollo Carmix has growth over 25 per cent every year and after such a short time, there are already over 350 Apollo Carmix successfully at work all over India.
