Suretech has launched the Talleres Betono range of rock breakers that 'refuses to break down'.

Kobelco is the best excavator in the world for attachments as it provides an optimum oil flow in the auxiliary line and the performance of an attachment is dependent on the oil flow available to the attachment. No bolts system: The TABE breaker design allows to totally dispense of with the through bolts which are the biggest problem in any breaker today. Not only does frequent breakage of through bolts cost a lot of money, it also is the cause for several other failures and maintenance problems in the future. This innovation results in practically a zero-maintenance breaker.

Most of the breakers in the market require maintenance of up to 25 per cent of its capital cost in the first year itself and this is besides the losses due to downtime hours which can be substantial. Almost zero breakdowns due to TABE's 'no through bolt' system brings down the breakdown costs drastically.

Blank firing contact preventive system: This system prevents the non-contact strike, which is the cause of numerous failures and reduces the life of a hammer. When the tool is not in contact with a rock/breaking surface, the hammer strikes a blow and stops all flow of oil directly from the return line, preventing the blank firing.

Sound-proof system: All TABE models use polyurethane dampers which prevent metal-to-metal contact. Also, TABE models confirm to noise emission directive CE2000/14. All the hammers have the mandatory sticker mandatory under the rules specifying the noise level.

Underwater operation system: Our models for 20 T excavators and above, AGB 15, 18STA, 20STA, 30STA and AGB 40 have standard circuit that allows underwater operations without any further modification. For smaller breakers, this system is optional.

Crankpin system: Crankpins are the best ally to avoid the connecting pin breakage due to vibration fatigue, which is inevitably caused by the daily use of the hammer. Models AGB 10, 12, 15, 18STA, 20STA, 30STA and AGB 40 are equipped with this system. Though crankpins have been adopted by most manufacturers, TABE is the only company that offers their positioning under one another. This prevents the hose crossing regardless of the side excavator pressure hose. This arrangement prevents the brushing and recoil of pin connectors and the hoses resulting in no failure of the pins and lesser wear of the hoses.

TABE auto greasing system: TABE auto greasing system is different from other manufacturers. It has no pin connectors and is directly fitted into the distribution block. This removes the pin connector breakage problem altogether. As the grease pump is close to the distribution block, grease is always warm and enters the system with better fluidity and provides better lubrication specially in the colder climates when ambient temperature freezes the grease. The grease cartridge is transparent with good visibility, is rust-protected and its positioning protects it from external accidental damages.

Through bolts is the biggest problem in a breaker and cause lot of maintenance and breakdown issues. Through bolts require regular replacement and a broken through bolt causes misalignment of the ram, front block and top head of the breaker. Besides the breakage problems, through bolts can be tightened only by a torque wrench and this tool is not easily and readily available at all job sites.

Acknowledging these problems, TABE has designed a breaker which has a round body totally eliminating the need for a through bolt. The maintenance also can be done with the help of standard workshop tools which are easily available at any jobsite and no special tools are required. TABE breakers only require regular greasing for maintenance and this also can be eliminated if a customer opts for auto-greasing pump. TABE breakers are almost zero-maintenance breaker.
