TIL Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 66% as TCPL Boosts Growth
TIL Limited reported a 66 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue in Q1 FY27, supported by improved standalone performance and a part-quarter contribution from newly acquired Tulip Compression Private Limited (TCPL).

On a standalone basis, TIL's revenue from operations increased around 25 per cent year-on-year to Rs 79 crore from Rs 63 crore. EBITDA rose over three-fold to Rs 3.39 crore from Rs 1.05 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 4.3 per cent from 1.5 per cent. Total operating expenses increased by around 8 per cent during the period, compared with the 25 per cent rise in revenue.

TCPL, which became part of TIL in May 2026, recorded standalone revenue of Rs 39 crore and EBITDA of Rs 3.96 crore during the quarter. On a consolidated basis, TIL and TCPL reported total revenue of Rs 117 crore and EBITDA of Rs 7.32 crore, translating into an EBITDA margin of 6.2 per cent. Consolidated PAT stood at a loss of Rs 5.45 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 6.22 crore in Q1 FY26.

TIL's standalone order book stood at Rs 211 crore, including Rs 187 crore from prime products and Rs 24 crore from aftermarket business. Its enquiry pipeline was Rs 373 crore. The consolidated TIL-TCPL order book stood at Rs 539 crore, while the combined enquiry pipeline was Rs 490 crore.

The company delivered nine Reach Stackers during the quarter, its highest quarterly delivery since the new management took over. TIL is targeting a 38-40 per cent market share in the Reach Stacker segment over the coming year.



TIL said it will focus on order book execution, deeper integration with TCPL, aftermarket growth and improving operating efficiencies. TCPL has also secured SONCAP certification and compliance with ISO 16923 across its compression product portfolio, strengthening its ability to serve India's City Gas Distribution sector and international markets, including Nigeria.
