Tata Motors Showcases Aggregates Portfolio at bauma 2026
Tata Motors showcased its next-generation aggregates portfolio at bauma CONEXPO India 2026, including gensets, industrial engines and a locally developed live axle for construction, material handling and industrial applications.
The portfolio includes CPCB IV+ compliant gensets ranging from 10 kVA to 125 kVA, industrial engines from 0.7 litre to 3.3 litre, and the HR 210 Live Axle, which the company describes as India’s first hub reduction axle with high localised content.
“Bauma CONEXPO is a prominent platform to demonstrate the depth of Tata Motors aggregates portfolio,” said Vikram Agrawal, Head – Parts and Aggregates Business, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles.
He said the company is strengthening its aggregates portfolio as construction projects move towards continuous and high-intensity operating cycles, with a focus on reliability, safety and efficiency.
The genset engine range includes a 0.7-litre two-cylinder engine for 10-15 kVA applications and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine for 20-35 kVA applications.
Tata Motors also displayed its 497 Naturally Aspirated 41 kW engine, 497 TC 74 kW engine and 3.3-litre TC engine delivering 101.5 kW. These engines are designed for construction equipment, material handling and other industrial applications.
The company's CPCB IV+ compliant gensets cover capacities from 10 kVA to 125 kVA and are available with an intelligent Remote Monitoring System. The system enables real-time diagnostics and remote monitoring, with the feature optional on variants below 55 kW.
Another key exhibit is the HR 210 Live Axle, developed with high localised content for demanding construction applications. The hub reduction axle is designed to support reliable operation under heavy-duty conditions.
According to Tata Motors, its industrial engines are engineered for variable and high-load duty cycles commonly encountered in Indian construction environments. The gensets use the company’s proven vehicular engine platforms, bringing road-tested technology into stationary power applications.
Through the showcase, Tata Motors is positioning its aggregates portfolio around durability, efficiency and dependable performance across construction, industrial and logistics applications.
