Tesmec innovations for underground stringing equipment
Tesmec has introduced new hydraulic puller ARS610 for underground cables stringing operations. With this new hydraulic puller, works are carried out safely and efficiently, according to the company. ARS610 can perform the stringing operations at 100 kN max pull (with 0.9 km/h speed) or 40 kN at max. speed of 2 km/h. It is equipped with on board reel winder, including automatic level wind and reel for 1,500 m rope diameter 16 mm. The included free wheel device allows fast and easy rope release operations. Moreover, the noise produced while working is reduced to the minimum due to its full protection covers.
The hydraulic puller ARS610 can satisfy the customers? needs of transfer, thanks to its three possible configurations: One rigid axle for towing at max speed of 30 km/h for worksite transfers; Double axles for towing at max speed of 80 km/h for transfers on roads; and Crawler tracks, including Radio Remote Control for crawler movement.
Original electronic control is provided on the machine: new display control with simple and user-friendly interface, all the main data are displayed on it. Recorder, printer and USB port are also available.
ARS610 is controlled through its Radio Remote Control. Thanks to it, the working procedures are safer, the right distance between the operator and the machine is guaranteed.
