Rudresh Basavarajappa, CEO and Chairman, Quest Informatics, holds a Degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Process Professional (CPP) and Certified Enterprise Architecture Professional (CEAP).

With over two decades of designing appropriate IT systems, process and procedures, he has impacted the performance and working of many companies in automotive, construction and heavy equipment industries. He was instrumental in conceptualizing, designing and rolling out an enterprise class aftermarket system covering multiple geographies with European Head Quarters.

Basavarajappa has over two decades of experience in construction equipment industry. He devised a comprehensive Dealer Management System (DMS) for pan Asia operations of a Fortune 500 company. The system has helped the company in managing dealer operations complexities like multiple currency, multiple tax systems, multiple languages and unique business practices.

He is the driving force of all milestones of Quest Informatics and holds the lion?s share in its achievements. Under his leadership, Quest informatics developed several world class products including Aftermarket ERP, Field Service Management, Electronic Parts Catalogue, Support Desk System and Remanufacturing Systems to name a few. These products are deployed in major automotive and construction equipment companies across the globe.
