ThinkLink Learning, in partnership with RTITB UK, launched a competition to find the safest and most efficient forklift truck operator in India. The new initiative ?the Forklift Operator of the Year? was launched at the India Warehousing Show, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 1-3 July. Open to all lift truck operators, the competition aims to recognise and reward highly skilled and safety conscious operators from all over India. The competition will be conducted over two rounds. The first round, consisting of regional heats, will happen in September followed by Grand Finale in October at ThinkLink?s Praguna Centre at Dharuhera. Eight national finalists will compete for the title of Forklift Operator of the Year - India. Entry to the competition is free and ThinkLink is encouraging the employers to nominate their very best lift truck operators.
