This year, Eaton will be presenting its breadth of power management solutions in its state-of-the-art mobile tech-showcase trailer, parked at the open ground. Subhasis Chatterjee, Managing Director - India, Hydraulics Group, Eaton, elaborates.

The current scenario seems encouraging with the construction equipment industry seeing considerable growth this year. With investments in infrastructure growth set to go up, the demand for construction equipment is set to rise further. We are already witnessing good growth from both earthmoving and road construction segments, especially from platforms like excavators and loaders. This growth is expected to sustain with the aid of some encouraging steps taken by the government that may start yielding results by mid of 2017.

At Bauma
This year at Bauma Conexpo India, instead of a traditional booth within the exhibition hall, Eaton will be presenting its breadth of power management solutions in its state-of-the-art, mobile tech-showcase trailer, parked at the open ground (Outdoor space - Stand No 852). This unique display platform shall house Eaton?s leading hydraulics, filtration as well as electrical solutions for the construction equipment industry. The truck shall also feature an interactive display to help visitors understand our offerings better.

This year, our focus is on the earthmoving segment and we shall be showcasing a breadth of Eaton?s industry leading hydraulic products such as track motors, swing motors, joysticks and various types of pumps and valves for excavators or track run machines. Also on display will be Eaton?s next-generation electrohydraulic valves with electronic controllers - the go-forward technology in hydraulic industry. Other products on the showcase include Eaton?s broad range of fluid conveyance products (hoses and fittings) specifically catering to the need of high pressure applications and shorter bending radius.

Expectations
Eaton in India continues to expand its capabilities in hydraulics and electrical power management by introducing new products and solutions that address specific needs of our focus segments such as construction. Bauma Conexpo India is one of the largest congregations for the global and local players from the construction equipment and components industry in India.
