Trimble announces latest solutions at bauma 2019
At the bauma 2019, Trimble introduced a range of its latest solutions for construction equipment operations. Trimble announced the release of Trimble? Earthworks Grade Control Platform version 1.9 with support for fully automatic guidance for excavator tiltrotator attachments and Trimble Universal Total Stations for motor graders. Full automatic support for tiltrotators makes the attachment easy to use and learn, even for operators who have never used a tiltrotator. Universal Total Station support allows contractors to achieve millimetre-accurate fine grading with a motor grader. Trimble Earthworks Grade Control Platform version 1.9 is available now from the SITECH? dealer channel.

Trimble has also introduced the Trimble? Siteworks Software version 1.1, featuring full GNSS tilt compensation functionality in standing, walking and vehicle modes, and support for the Android operating system. Construction surveyors can now capture accurate points without levelling the pole, making surveying in areas such as building corners accurate, fast and easy. In addition, Siteworks version 1.1 now supports the Android operating system, giving contractors the flexibility to choose the field device that best fits their needs and budget. The Trimble Siteworks Software version 1.1 is expected to be available through the worldwide SITECH? distribution channel in the second quarter of 2019.

Trimble will be demonstrating its Trimble? WorksManager Software, a powerful, cloud-based application that empowers contractors who manage data and technology assets on civil construction sites. Trimble WorksManager is the next-generation backbone of the Trimble Connected Site? ecosystem for managing construction technology that enables contractors to increase efficiency and improve productivity. Trimble WorksManager Software will be available for existing Trimble Connected Community users to beta test beginning in April 2019. Customers interested in using the beta version of Trimble WorksManager should contact their local SITECH? dealer. The beta preview will run through the third quarter of 2019.
