UBM Indias concrete show showcases innovations
Concrete Show India 2016, the three day trade show hosted by UBM India, concluded at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The event was inaugurated by Eknath Sambhaji Shinde, Cabinet Minister, PWD (MSRDC, Public Undertaking), Government of Maharashtra. The other key dignitaries present during inauguration were Gajanan Kirtikar, Member of Parliament; Varun Sardesai, Youth leader; S M Ramchandani, Joint Managing Director, MSRDC; N A Viswanathan, Secretary General, Cement Manufacturers Association (CMA); Dr. Manamohan R Kalgal, President, Indian Concrete Institute (ICI); and Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, UBM India amidst an august industry gathering.

The show brought together over 150 Indian and global suppliers and manufacturers from industries including concrete and construction, construction equipments, IT Systems and construction chemicals, all under one roof. Concrete Show India is an industry platform exclusively dedicated to the construction and infrastructure space covering key sectors like roads and highways, housing, airports, ports, power, rail, dams & bridges. Showcasing latest offerings and technologies in the industry, the expo has nearly doubled in size this year through the introduction of the key categories: Concrete & Construction, Construction Equipments and IT Systems and Construction Chemicals.
