Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd received a consecutive award for ?Sarvottam Concrete Mobile Batching Plant Manufacturer in India?, at the hands of  the Maharashtra PWD Minister Eknath Shinde and HN Vijaya Raghava Reddy, President, Builders? Association of India (BAI), during the ?Navratnas of Indian Construction Industry Awards 2017? in association with BAI in Mumbai.

Speaking on the occasion, Ranjeet More, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Universal Group, said that due to continuous shift in requirements from various customers, we have designed on-wheel mobile concrete batching plant and we are the only company in India who manufactures up to 60 cu m mobile batching plants. These plants are directly mounted on trailer and can be shifted any time as per requirement. On the advantages of the plant, More further added, ?Due to its unique design, these plants have ?zero, foundation cost and erection and commissioning can be done within ?one hour?. It is just plug the socket and start the operations of the plant. These plants are operator-friendly and have simple operating system: any person with small training can operate these plants. Our SCADA, USB or HMI-based control panels enable to print/import detailed batch reports and data can be monitored remotely, with Universal?s latest technology. We can even monitor multiple plant reports remotely.?

?In windmill sector where quality of concrete and frequent shifting is more of a concern, customers prefer only Universal plants due to their high mobility and homogeneous mix of concrete. We have more than 90 per cent of market share in this sector. There are more than 65 batching plants working only in Anantpur area in Andhra Pradesh,? said Sunil Bhamare, Vice President ?
