As the ongoing coronavirus pandemic continues to create unprecedented crisis in India, Volvo Group India has joined forces with the Government of Karnataka to control the transmission of this disease. The leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines, handed over medical materials worth Rs one million to the Health Officer at Government Hospital and MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital, at Hoskote, for the protection of healthcare professionals and workers û doctors, nurses and hospital staff, along with masks for the patients. Sharat Bache Gowda, MLA, Hosakote visited the GH Hospital and acknowledged the contribution of medical material to Government Hospital and thanked Volvo Group, India for the support in partnering with the government in the fight against Covid-19.
