Starting from January 1, 2017, Wilfried Trepels will take on his new role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board at Wacker Neuson SE. Trepels takes over the position from G?nther C Binder, who will be stepping down from the Executive Board. Trepels will be responsible for finance, auditing and IT for the Group. Previously, he spent over 11 years as CFO at another SDAX-listed concern: SAF-HOLLAND Group. Headquartered in Luxembourg, this group is a leading manufacturer of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trailers, trucks and buses. Trepels has also held the positions of Managing Director at D?rr Systems GmbH and Schenck Process GmbH (then both subsidiaries of D?rr AG) and Director of Finance at D?rkopp Adler AG. He holds a degree in business administration, having studied economics, energy systems and process engineering at Aachen University (Germany).
