Could you share
more about Machino International and your recent developments?
Our head office is in Delhi, and our manufacturing plant is located in Haryana. Until last year, we were importing Piperoofing products from Europe. However, from January this year, we have begun manufacturing these products locally at our plant. This marks a significant milestone for us as we focus on enhancing our production capabilities. In fact, within the next month, we will double our production capacity for Piperoofing.
Additionally, we’ve launched a new product—Piperoofing kit. This innovation streamlines the Piperoofing process, making it approximately 40 per cent faster compared to traditional labour-intensive methods. The kit not only saves time but also significantly improves worker safety by reducing the need for manual handling. With this new technology, the process requires only about two workers, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Another key product we’ve introduced is our Grout Swivel system, which combines the installation of self-drilling anchors with grouting simultaneously. This integration helps save considerable time during installation, adding value for our clients.
What are your
plans for the future?
Currently, we cater extensively to the Indian market and are associated with most of the leading construction companies. Moving forward, our focus is on exploring export-oriented markets. We are planning to expand our footprint internationally through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Tapping into global markets is a key priority for us, and we are committed to positioning ourselves as a significant player in the international construction segment.
How has your
experience been at bauma Conexpo 2024 so far?
The experience at bauma Conexpo 2024 has been positive. Although the footfall on the first day was slightly lower than expected, we’ve seen a significant increase on the second day, and we are optimistic about the days ahead.
This event is not just about meeting existing customers
but also about connecting with new clients, expanding our network, and building
relationships. Beyond networking, the event is a fantastic platform for
branding and showcasing our company’s presence in the industry. It’s important
that even those unfamiliar with Machino International come to know us through
events like this. Overall, we’re excited about the opportunities this
exhibition offers.
