Apart from the machines, we can also provide services to our customers with the help of a dedicated service team. We also have spare parts in the Indian market and can also provide expertise about the product along with training on the technology.

Demand drivers in 2019: In my opinion, the trend has been good for the next couple of years. For all business of road maintenance, it will definitely grow.

Announcement contributing to the company's growth in 2018: At the beginning of the year, we had set up a service team in India. We also decided to implement our product range in micro-surfacing machines. We will launch a new product this year which will help us to enlarge our product range for the customers. We will conduct an event at the beginning of 2019 to invite our customers in our factory and we will also organise some events in Munich, Germany.

Challenge for the company in 2019: We are leaders in the micro-surfacing market and we want to grow in other technologies like surface dressing. Maintaining the leadership in the micro-surfacing market and exploring other markets like surface dressing will be our challenge for 2019.
