Key focus
Last Excon was on the back of the completion of the first year in power for the Modi government. It was hence a time where industry players were more on a 'wait and see' approach. Everyone was waiting to understand more clearly the sort of infrastructure plans that were to be rolled out by the new government. Hence, Excon suffered a bit in terms of participation, both from suppliers and visitors. We believe that visitors will be less explorative and more on procurement mode this year. Projects are being rolled out, while execution and quality standards have increased significantly. Hence, customers will be more open to investing in new technologies that bring about time and cost savings.

Showcasing innovations
MB India will participate at this edition with a very interesting news that it will organise a live demonstration area with its machines working (Yellow Lot, OD 135). MB Crusher's machines will be displayed also in Hall 3, in the Italian pavilion. Visitors will have the opportunity to see at work our recently launched S4 series for our BF90.3 bucket crusher: our product is itself a breakthrough for the mobile crushing industry, going beyond traditional mobile crushing units with a much lower capex while at the same time meeting the performance parameters of alternate solutions.
