HAVER & BOECKER Showcases AI and Sustainable Filtration Solutions
HAVER & BOECKER will showcase its latest advancements in bulk handling, packaging automation, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and sustainable filtration solutions at POWTECH TECHNOPHARM 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany. The company will present its technologies under the theme AIR (Artificial Intelligence & Robotics), highlighting solutions from its technology brands including QUAT2RO®, AML Bulk Technology, BEHN+BATES and IBAU HAMBURG.
At Hall 7A, Booth 519, visitors will experience AI-driven systems designed to improve plant efficiency, optimise production processes and enhance quality control. The company will also demonstrate sustainable repair solutions for wire mesh components and its expertise in bag engineering.
The HAVER & BOECKER Machinery Division will focus on automation technologies, including the AMICUS® Smart Cell, featuring robotic palletising and depalletising capabilities. The system enables automated handling of empty and filled bags, helping reduce manual intervention and allowing operators to focus on process improvement and preventive maintenance.
The company will also highlight its BESPOKE solution, which provides customised bag design and packaging support to meet specific application requirements.
HAVER & BOECKER’s QUAT2RO® AI Suite will showcase AI-based performance monitoring and optimisation tools. The Q Valve Check camera system enables accurate detection of incorrectly opened valve bags before filling, helping reduce machine errors and material losses. The Q Seal Check system improves quality control by identifying improperly sealed bags before palletising, reducing troubleshooting requirements.
AML Bulk Technology will present its sustainable filtration solutions, including high-performance dedusting filters and equipment for dry mortar and bulk material applications. With more than 25 years of industry experience, AML focuses on reducing air pollution and improving efficiency through advanced filtration technology.
The company’s food industry brand BEHN + BATES will display the ADAMS® CARE-LINE Edition FFS machine for sensitive powdered food and pharmaceutical products. The machine uses leakproof PE film bags with seam-sealed edges to provide product protection, hygiene and reliable documentation in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
IBAU HAMBURG will showcase customised solutions for bulk material storage, conveying, mixing and transport applications. The company will highlight its plant upgrade programmes designed to integrate advanced equipment into existing facilities to improve operational efficiency across cement, minerals and dry mortar industries.
The HAVER & BOECKER Wire Weaving Division will present resource-efficient repair solutions for POROSTAR® filter components, including filter plates and centrifuge drums. Instead of replacing damaged wire mesh components, customers can opt for repair services that extend product life, reduce material consumption, lower costs and minimise downtime.
