Capt. Ashok Shrivastava heads the Ship Owning & Chartering division at Allcargo Logistics. A Master Mariner by profession, he has over eight years of command experience on foreign flag vessels. He took up shore assignment over 12 years ago and since then has been involved with companies like Parekh Group, Hyundai Merchant Marine and Jindal Waterways prior to joining Allcargo Logistics. In 2010, he was appointed by Allcargo Logistics to set up the shipping division as a part of company?s diversification plan where his current responsibilities include developing and managing the shipping division.

Capt. Shrivastava has seen the services of the group grow from owning and operating three global cargo vessels for Allcargo. He has single-handedly serviced break bulk and project logistics across various ports and coastal shipping. Under his able leadership, today Allcargo is one of the very few and the largest coastal shipping operators in the industry. He is very well equipped to address and regulate the current coastal shipping issues going on in the industry.
