Rajesh Kawoor, a Mechanical Engineer by profession, carries with him a vast experience of 28 years. He has been in construction equipment industry for more than two decades which included the major experience of concrete equipment and currently he is considered as one of the experts in concrete equipment in India. In his earlier assignment with one of the internationally renowned construction equipment manufacturer, he has set up a firm base for the company as he was instrumental in initiating business in India and responsible for development of infrastructure and establishment including the setting up of sales, service, parts and logistics network on pan India basis.

He also carries with him a substantial experience in mining sector, which involved government undertakings like Coal India, public sector companies, mining companies, cement industry etc. He was instrumental in successfully completing many prestigious projects which are considered as the landmarks in India. In his earlier assignment, he was successful in completing the challenging high rise building projects in India which are considered the tallest buildings in India till date.

After successfully completing the earlier assignments, Kawoor has joined Simem Construction and Environmental Engineering Pvt Ltd, the 100 per cent subsidiary of Simem SpA, Italy as Vice President - Sales and Marketing (SAARC, Africa and South East Asia). He has taken up the challenging task of taking the company to the next level in the domestic as well as international market.
