Bobcat Expands Small Articulated Loader Range

Bobcat has expanded its small articulated loader (SAL) line-up with the introduction of the L35, the largest and most powerful in the series. Since its entry into the SAL category in 2020, Bobcat has steadily advanced its designs, and the L35 marks a significant leap in capability.

The new L35 features a 57-horsepower turbocharged engine delivering more than twice the horsepower and travel speed of the earlier L28. It also provides 538 pounds more rated operating capacity. With an auxiliary high-flow option, hydraulic output reaches 25.3 gallons per minute, ensuring smooth operation of demanding attachments.

Its telescoping arm extends over 9 feet, allowing efficient material dumping, while its compact 54-inch width ensures it can navigate narrow job sites. Optional features include an enclosed cab with heating and air-conditioning, noise-reduction headliner, storage space and USB connectivity. Standard features include LED work lights, an adjustable suspension seat, backup alarm, parking brake and cupholder.

“The L35 strikes the perfect balance, offering heavy-lifting performance with a light footprint and an operator-friendly cab designed for long hours on site,” said Katie Redenius, Bobcat’s Senior Product Manager. The L35 comes with Bob-Tach as standard and optional Power Bob-Tach for quick attachment swaps without leaving the cab. Compatible with more than 60 attachments, it’s built for tasks from trenching and digging to snow clearing and material handling.
