He has a Masters Degree in Science from Aston University, Birmingham, UK, and is a Bachelor of Business Administration from Christ University Bangalore. Boosting sales in existing markets, penetrating into the untapped markets of South India, and branding are few of the challenging jobs he has done.

Khemka was instrumental in achieving double-digit sales growth in Pensol with aggressive marketing and sales in existing markets. He established depot/stock house in all untapped south Indian states for Pensol. He also appointed distributors in key cities state-wise. He also took efforts in increasing visibility of Pensol brand in various cities in India through activities, wall painting and flex board at dealer/retailer end. Reforms in Human Resource Department motivated employees within the company. He also established a Technical Department to focus on industrial and OEM business.
