Khemka was instrumental in achieving double-digit sales growth in Pensol with aggressive marketing and sales in existing markets. He established depot/stock house in all untapped south Indian states for Pensol. He also appointed distributors in key cities state-wise. He also took efforts in increasing visibility of Pensol brand in various cities in India through activities, wall painting and flex board at dealer/retailer end. Reforms in Human Resource Department motivated employees within the company. He also established a Technical Department to focus on industrial and OEM business.
