Subhasis Chatterjee is responsible for managing Eaton?s India Hydraulics business. He is also responsible for sales, operations, strategic plans, growth initiatives and supply chain functions.

Chatterjee was earlier the Global Director of Agriculture & Forestry Segments within Hydraulics Group, Eaton, based at Eden Prairie, Minnesota in the US. He has also handled Eaton Hydraulics Group?s Piston Products Portfolio Management. He has also worked as the General Manager Sales & Marketing for the Hydraulics Business in India. Prior to joining Eaton, Chatterjee was Business Manager at Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Division in India. In that role, he had also led its Complete Industrial Air Business line including P&L and Working Capital. With Atlas Copco group, he had a fairly long stint in various positions in sales, marketing, projects and contracts and aftermarket functions.

Began his career with Worthington Pumps India Ltd as an application engineer, Chatterjee is currently the Managing Director - India, Hydraulics Group, Eaton. He holds a Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University (Kolkata), and a Master?s Degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISW & BM) under Calcutta University.
