In 1990, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL) entered into a technical cooperation agreement with Deutz and as a part of that agreement, KOEL was responsible for providing after-sales services on all series of Deutz engines operating in India. Therefore during the period from 1990 to 1998, Chavan was working as Manager Product Support in KOEL having responsibility to provide after-sales support on Deutz engines.
He trusts that implementation of innovative ideas to strengthen business relations ensures effective results. With this belief, he developed company?s business successfully since past many years and retained loyalty to company despite many ups and downs.
After completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chavan completed his post-graduation and acquired Master?s Degree in Marketing Management from Pune University.
