Sanjay Jadhav, President of Sterling and Wilson Powergen Pvt Ltd, has more than 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, projects execution and supply chain management with multinational companies like GE and Philips. For the last four years, Jadhav has been associated with the Powergen Business at Sterling and Wilson, A Shapoorji Pallonji Group company. He is driving the DG sets business in India, South East Asia and Africa. Jadhav is credited with pioneering the retail operations of the company and also driving the dealer networks in just four years. He has handled products at previous organisations like lighting, switchgear, UPS, electrical contracts, and diesel genesets. He has Certification of Six Sigma Green Belt with specialisation in Sales, Marketing, Project Execution and Supply Chain Management. He has completed his BE in Electronics from Walchand Institute of Technology in 1985-1989 and MBA from ICFAI in 2009-2011. He has helped the company expand its operations across India.
