Scania Commercial Vehicles India handed over the 300th Scania P 140 (8x4) tipper to VPR Mining Infrastructure, India?s leading mining company. With its overall fleet of 300 Scania tippers, VPR has become one of Scania?s top customers in India. Scania India recently rolled out their 1,000th truck from the Narasapura manufacturing plant. Announcing the milestone, Anders Grundstr?mer, Managing Director, Scania India and Senior Vice President, Scania Group, said ?At Scania, we take a great pride in bringing technologically-advanced and globally-acclaimed products to India, which is one of our key growth markets. The delivery of our 300th tipper to VPR is special as our relationship with VPR has grown stronger with time.?
