T+?V Rheinland India, a subsidiary of the Germany-based T+?V Rheinland Group, a worldwide leader in testing, training, inspection, consulting and certification, has announced the appointment of Thomas Fuhrmann as its CEO and Managing Director. In his new position, Fuhrmann will lead the management team in consolidating current operations of TUV Rheinland India and oversee speedy growth and expansion in the Indian market. He has been associated with T+?V Rheinland Group for the past 18 years. Prior to taking on his current position, Fuhrmann was based in China, where he had been serving as the Director Industrial Services of T+?V Rheinland Group Greater China & Asia Pacific. Fuhrmann brings with him more than three decades of rich and diverse international experience in the energy efficiency industry as well as from the manufacturing industry.
