Terex Finlay to showcase I-140 impact crusher at Conexpo 2017
Terex Finlay will be showcasing its I-140 impact crusher at Conexpo 2017. Since its launch in 2016, the I-140 has made a ?real impact? on the global market place in the mid-sized category of impactor crushers with machines now working on every continent, according to the company.

All Terex Finlay I-140 impactors are fitted as standard with its T-Link Telematics system with a free three year data subscription. T-Link is the company?s remote monitoring and fleet management system that combines the machines? inbuilt CANbus control system with satellite positioning and Telematics software.

The Terex Finlay I-140 direct drive ?1,270 mm x 1,240 mm (?50? x 48?) horizontal impact crusher with variable speed gives operators unprecedented levels of production in both recycling, mining and quarrying applications. The robust and proven Terex CR032 chamber gives excellent reduction ratios and high consistency of product shape.
The machine features an advanced electronic control system that monitors and controls the speed of the rotor and regulates the heavy duty vibrating feeder (VGF) with integrated pre-screen to maintain a consistent feed of material into the impact chamber for optimal crushing conditions. Material from the integrated pre-screen can be diverted to a stock pile via the optional by-pass conveyor, or it may join the crushed product on the main belt. The standard hopper capacity of 6 cu m (7.5 cu yd) places the machine at the forefront in this competitive market sector.
