Dharti Quarry Works Boosts Output with Propel Crushing Plants
Dharti Quarry Works Private Limited has significantly increased its aggregate production capacity in Gujarat by adopting crushing and screening solutions from Propel Industries. The company, which initially produced around 400–500 tonnes per day using locally manufactured crushers, now operates three Propel plants with a combined daily output of approximately 7,000–8,000 tonnes.
The company selected Propel after evaluating several equipment manufacturers, prioritising consistent production, aggregate quality and reliable after-sales support. Following improvements achieved with its first Propel installation, Dharti Quarry Works expanded its operations by commissioning two additional plants.
Jivrapuri Jaganpuri Goswami, Director, Dharti Quarry Works Private Limited, said the company had been involved in the stone business since 2000. The transition to Propel equipment helped increase daily production to approximately 2,500–3,000 tonnes per plant, while improving operational efficiency and product quality.
The company supplies aggregates for major infrastructure developments, including bullet train and metro projects. According to Goswami, the aggregates produced using Propel equipment meet customer requirements, supporting the company's participation in large-scale construction activities.
Propel's service network in Gujarat has also contributed to the partnership. Dharti Quarry Works reported that its equipment has operated for three to four years without major technical problems, while minor issues have been addressed promptly by the manufacturer's local service team.
The company's three-stage crushing and screening arrangement incorporates Propel's AVJ 811 V2 Jaw Crusher for primary crushing, AVC 250 Cone Crusher for secondary processing, MVS 2060 Vibrating Screens for material classification and AVVI 200 Vertical Shaft Impactor for tertiary crushing and aggregate shaping.
The processed material undergoes final screening to produce aggregates of the required sizes for construction applications.
With its expanded production capacity and continued reliance on Propel equipment, Dharti Quarry Works aims to support growing aggregate requirements across infrastructure and construction projects.
