MTBD has introduced Blazo tippers for meeting the mining requirement

Under Blazo series, Mahindra has launched heavy commercial vehicle range including tippers which are equipped with Fuel Smart technology. This is a unique technology which offers its customers unique flexibility to shift the power requirements of tipper depending upon load and terrain. Apart from substantial improvement in fuel efficiency, Blazo series is backed with unique and first-of-its-kind service offerings.

The process of value addition is continuous. The company is in the process of meeting the latest emission norms. Apart from emissions, several other safety-related aspects which are mandatory in terms of ABS and speed limiter have already been implemented. The endeavour is to offer customer both the compliance related features as well as value-added features which enhance productivity. On the Blazo platform, Mahindra has already introduced advanced dash board which offers drivers all details at finger tips. Following are the MTBD HCV range offerings to meet mining segment requirement: Mahindra Blazo 49 Tip Trailer: BLAZO 49, the latest offering from MTBD offers a unique USP of combination of pulling power as well as fuel efficiency. With Fuel Smart, customer operating in mining segment can operate at different modes of power to obtain optimum mix of power and fuel efficiency.

BLAZO 49 has been designed with tough operating conditions in mind. Rugged chassis combined with tested and proven aggregates is coupled with world-class ergonomically designed single sleeper cabin. All this would increase the uptime of vehicles as well encourage driver to run more per day.

Mahindra Blazo 25 BSIV Tipper: MTBD has always been a pioneer in ushering new technology which would meet customer requirements while meeting regulations. BSIV emission norms are currently being enforced in several states on trucks and tippers. The same will be mandatory going from April 2017.

MTBD announced the readiness of BSIV platform on oits tippers. Currently operational in other states, BSIV tippers are designed keeping in mind the rigorous operating environment of mines without sacrificing the earning potential of tippers in terms of Pulling power, fuel efficiency and uptime.

BLAZO 25 BSIV tipper carries forth DNA of its successful TORRO range of tippers in terms of tested and proven reliable aggregates, ergonomically designed cabins for more productive hours. Fuel Smart has been introduced on mPower coupled with BSIV technology. BLAZO 25 is available across different variants for operations spanning both tippers (mining/constructions) and transit mixers.

Mahindra Blazo 31 8x4 Tipper: There have been several changes in mining industry and most notable among them has been stringent enforcement of overloading ban for transportation of coal, iron ore etc. With restricted avenues to cover expenses in transportation, such a scenario forces operators to upgrade to higher GVW vehicle. BLAZO 31 8x4 tipper meets this requirement in a unique way.

It comes with Fuel Smart technology and a combination of aggregates which are designed for strictly rated load operations and occasional prospects of higher GVW operations. The advantages of reliable and sturdy aggregates as well as world-class ergonomically designed cabins have been maintained.
