New facility strengthens BKT’s distribution network in Madhya Pradesh
Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT), a global Off-Highway tyre manufacturer with an expanding presence in India’s on-highway tyre market, has strengthened its Commercial Vehicle Radial (CVR) business in Madhya Pradesh with the inauguration of a new warehouse in Indore. The facility, inaugurated on 21 August 2026, aims to improve product availability, enhance regional distribution and support BKT Tyres’ growing presence in the state’s CVR segment.
Located strategically near the Pithampur industrial belt, Indore serves as a key hub for freight, trucking and passenger transport activities. The new warehouse will enable BKT Tyres to strengthen engagement with dealers, transporters and fleet operators while ensuring faster access to its CVR portfolio. The facility is operated by BKT’s authorised distributor, Shivam Track Impex.
The inauguration event brought together BKT leadership, channel partners and representatives from the transport sector, including Mr Rajiv Poddar, Joint Managing Director, BKT; Mr Satish Sharma, Senior President and Director – Business Development and Strategy, BKT; and Mr Amitkumar Agarwal, National Sales Head, Commercial Vehicle Radial Tyres, BKT. Representatives from Shivam Track Impex Pvt. Ltd., the Indore Transport Association and the Madhya Pradesh Bus Association also participated in the event.

The expansion follows BKT Tyres’ entry into India’s commercial tyre market with the launch of its CV portfolio in Q1 FY2026–27, including BKT m.Loadxpert (11.00R20) and BKT Milexpert RG (295/90R20). The company continues to expand its distribution network and enhance customer engagement across key markets as it builds its CVR business in India.
