Scania Commercial Vehicles India showcased its premium mining tippers, the P 410 (8x4) coal body and P 410 (8x4) SSAB rock body, at Excon 2015. Scania also showcased its special aftermarket customer support applications and services like Fleet Management Service (FMS), Scania lubricants and other genuine parts.

Scania P 410 8x4 tippers are equipped with innovative features like Scania Opticruise - a fully automated gear changing system for best fuel efficiency and ease of driving, and Idle Shutdown - an optional feature that further strengthens the Total Operating Economy by lowering fuel consumption. Also the P 410 8x4 tipper equipped with 20 cu m SSAB rock body, developed by SSAB.

Scania lubricants comprise engine oil, as well as axle and gear oil. These help in preventing sludge and dirt adherence and offer protection from corrosion and wear and tear, leading to longer service intervals and improved operating economies. Scania Fleet Management Service (FMS) will help fleet operators monitor the vehicle and driver performance in real time, resulting in enhanced safety, productivity and uptime.
