Jagdamba Trailers Bags Order for 200 Tip Trailers
Jagdamba Trailers Pvt. Ltd. has secured an order for 200 Tip Trailers from Thriveni Transport and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. for iron ore transportation. The order follows an earlier contract for 170 Tip Trailers placed by Thriveni around one-and-a-half years ago.
Jagdamba Trailers secured the latest order after competing with more than 10 established trailer manufacturers. The company has committed to delivering all 200 trailers within 30 days, requiring coordinated production planning, supply-chain management and quality control.
The trailers will incorporate hydraulically operated landing legs to support Thriveni’s fleet-utilisation model. Under the system, trailers can be detached at loading or unloading locations, allowing prime movers to immediately connect with another loaded or waiting trailer. This reduces idle time and enables additional trips without requiring a proportional increase in the number of prime movers.
Jagdamba Trailers is also an approved supplier to Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland for Fully Built-Up vehicle solutions. Established in 2019, the company manufactures Tip Trailers, Sidewall Trailers, Flatbeds, Cement Bulkers, Fuel Tankers, Agricultural Trailers and specialised transportation solutions for domestic and international markets.
