Magna Tyres Group announced the introduction of the new Magna MA04+ OTR tyre for rigid dump trucks (RDTs). This radial constructed tyre, with an E4 tread pattern is designed for RDTs running in surface mines. It is the latest addition to the Magna tyre range and is available in popular tyre sizes 27.00R49, 33.00R51, 37.00R57, 40.00R57, 46/90R57, 50/80R57, and 59/80R63 in various compounds including cut-resistant (A), heat resistant (B) and standard (S).

Magna MA04+ is designed and constructed based on the latest Magna radial tyre technology. The high-tech casing reduces heat building inside the tyre, which leads to a prolonged service life, lower fuel consumption, higher efficiency, and optimised operator comfort. Additionally, the tyre offers outstanding puncture resistance compared to less-durable cross-ply tyres, leading to a low-cost price per hour, which makes it the ideal solution for popular RDTs like Terex, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi
